Do you have a storefront?

We do not have a storefront. We operate out of a shared commercial kitchen in Chantilly, VA.

Where are you located?

We are located at 25387 Pleasant Valley Rd Suite 120, Chantilly VA 20152. Please follow the signs that say Frontier Kitchen right as you enter from Pleasant Valley Rd. Turn into where you see “United Granite” and go all the way down until you see the trees at the end and Frontier Kitchen. When you arrive, please ring the doorbell with our business card right beside it. You may need to press it hard, otherwise, we will not be notified that you’re here to pick up your order.

Where do I pick up my cookies?

When placing your order, you can select your preferred pick-up location: Fairfax or Chantilly.

All of our cookies are freshly baked and packaged at our Chantilly location before being available for pick-up.

Can I get my cookies delivered to my house?

Not at the moment. We promise you we’re working on being able to deliver our cookies so you don’t have to drive to us.

What are you pick-up hours?

  • Wednesday: 8am – 11am (Fairfax), 8pm-12am (Chantilly)
  • Thursday: 8pm-12am (Chantilly)
  • Friday: 8am – 11am (Fairfax), 8pm-12am (Chantilly)
  • Saturday: 8am – 1pm (Chantilly)
  • Sunday: 8am – 1pm (Chantilly)

Can I reschedule my order?

Yes, you may do so but please note we require a minimum 24-hour notice from the original scheduled pick-up date and time. Please do so by contacting us at contact@linasbakery.com with your new pick-up date and time. Please select a new pick-up time and date within our following store hours:

  • Wednesday: 7pm – 12am
  • Thursday: 7pm – 12am
  • Friday: 7pm – 12am
  • Saturday: 9am – 1pm
  • Sunday: 9am – 1pm

Do you have a refund policy?

Absolutely! We’re happy to process a full refund for your order if you need to cancel. Just send us an email at contact@linasbakery.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.The earlier you let us know, the better we can plan ahead. If we receive your cancellation request after the 48-hour window, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

Do you make nut-free products?

We want you to enjoy our treats safely! Each product on our website lists any allergens it contains. While some of our delicious options may include nuts, we also offer many nut-free choices. To keep our kitchen clean and avoid cross-contamination, we diligently wash and sanitize all our utensils. However, since we share our kitchen space with other food businesses, we can’t completely guarantee that there won’t be any trace of allergens. If you or someone you’re ordering for has a severe allergy, we understand it’s best to be extra cautious. We recommend choosing from our nut-free options or considering ordering from a dedicated allergy-free kitchen. We want everyone to enjoy our treats with peace of mind!

Do you make soy-free products?

Yes, our cookies do not contain soy.

How do I store my order?

We use eco-friendly packaging! Our boxes are compostable and recyclable, helping to reduce our environmental impact. Here’s how to keep your cookies fresh: Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage (up to 2 weeks), refrigerate them in an airtight container. To enjoy warm, fresh-tasting cookies, microwave them in short bursts (5-10 seconds) or lightly toast them in a toaster oven or conventional oven at 300°F for 3-5 minutes. Be mindful of Oreo cookies, as they may heat up faster. Enjoy!
