    Do you have a storefront?

    We do not have a storefront. We operate out of a shared commercial kitchen in Chantilly, VA.

    Where are you located?

    We are located at 25387 Pleasant Valley Rd Suite 120, Chantilly VA 20152. Please follow the signs that say Frontier Kitchen right as you enter from Pleasant Valley Rd. Turn into where you see “United Granite” and go all the way down until you see the trees at the end and Frontier Kitchen. When you arrive, please ring the doorbell with our business card right beside it.

    What are you pick-up hours?

    Our pick-up hours are
    • Friday: 8:00 PM – 11:00 AM
    • Sunday: 8:00 Am – 1:00 PM
    All of our cookies are baked the same day for top quality & taste! Order at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

    Can I get my cookies delivered to my house?

    Yes, we offer local delivery on Wednesdays from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM within a 10-mile radius of 22031. There is a minimum order of 6 cookies for delivery. Simply place your order online at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll bring fresh, delicious cookies right to your door!

    Do you take same-day orders?

    To ensure the highest quality and freshest treats, we require all orders to be placed in advance on our website. Kindly place your order at least 24 hours before the day you’d like to pick up. If our website doesn’t allow you to place an order, it means we’ve reached our order limit for that day. Occasionally, we may have extra cookies available for immediate pickup.     Can I pick up my order later than the time-frame I selected?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pick-ups outside of the scheduled time-frame. Please ensure you can pick up your order during the designated hours. If you need to adjust your pick-up time, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to assist you!

    We understand that things can come up, but please do your best to arrive at your chosen pickup time. This helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you delicious cookies.

    Can I reschedule my order?

    Yes, you may do so but please note we require a minimum 24-hour notice from the original scheduled pick-up date and time. Please do so by contacting us at contact@linasbakery.com with your new pick-up date and time. Please select a new pick-up time and date within our following store hours:
    • Friday: 8:00 PM – 11:00 AM
    • Sunday: 8:00 Am – 1:00 PM

    Do you have a refund policy?

    Absolutely! We’re happy to process a full refund for your order if you need to cancel. Just send us an email at contact@linasbakery.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.The earlier you let us know, the better we can plan ahead. If we receive your cancellation request after the 48-hour window, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

    Do you make nut-free products?

    We want you to enjoy our treats safely! Each product on our website lists any allergens it contains. While some of our delicious options may include nuts, we also offer many nut-free choices. To keep our kitchen clean and avoid cross-contamination, we diligently wash and sanitize all our utensils. However, since we share our kitchen space with other food businesses, we can’t completely guarantee that there won’t be any trace of allergens. If you or someone you’re ordering for has a severe allergy, we understand it’s best to be extra cautious. We recommend choosing from our nut-free options or considering ordering from a dedicated allergy-free kitchen. We want everyone to enjoy our treats with peace of mind!

    How do I store my order?

    We use eco-friendly packaging! Our boxes are compostable and recyclable, helping to reduce our environmental impact. Here’s how to keep your cookies fresh: Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage (up to 2 weeks), refrigerate them in an airtight container. To enjoy warm, fresh-tasting cookies, microwave them in short bursts (5-10 seconds) or lightly toast them in a toaster oven or conventional oven at 300°F for 3-5 minutes. Be mindful of Oreo cookies, as they may heat up faster. Enjoy!
